JafePlus JPL 605-M Matte Plastic Paint

Modo de empleo :

On new, clean and dry surfaces, free of rust, grease or saltpetre:

> Cement/Concrete: Must be set (30 days). It is recommended to previously apply a coat of Sellacryl, Sellacryl Pigmented, Sellaprim Interiors or Sellaprim Exteriors (as appropriate) to regulate the absorption of the surface to be painted. The next coat can be diluted between 5-15% if necessary. Apply two coats of JafePlus JPL 605-M.
> Gypsum/Plaster or other powdery surfaces: Fixing previously with Synthetic Sealer or with JAFEP Sellacryl.

On old painted surfaces
> Paint in good condition: Wash and sand smoothly, putty if necessary and then apply.
> Paint in bad condition: Eliminate and proceed as a new surface. If alkalinity is detected in the support, it must be corrected.
> Hardening, glue or lime: Apply a Fixing Primer or Sellacryl JAFEP.
> Surfaces with mildew: Clean with bleach or specific products and rinse with abundant water leaving to dry 24-48 h.

• Deep matte
• High washability
• Excellent coverage

• Do not apply at temperatures below 5 ºC and not above 30 ºC.
• Do not apply with risk of frost or rain.
• Do not apply in strong winds or in direct sunlight.
• Avoid using different batches in the same cloth or, failing that, mix the current pot with the next one at 50% to reduce the normal differences between batches.

• In its original closed container, at not extreme temperature and humidity.
• Keep out of direct sunlight.
• Maximum recommended from manufacture: 2 years.

In simple applications
The painting and/or decoration, especially indoors but also outdoors in less aggressive conditions, of masonry surfaces will be done with the Plastic Paint JafePlus JPL 605-M of the company Pinturas Jafep. The yield will be 10 to 14 m2/L and coat. The substrate must be clean, dry and free of rust, dust, grease, saltpetre and humidity. The general recommendations of the manufacturer will be respected.
