Modo de empleo :

On new clean and dry surfaces, free of rust, grease or saltpeter:

-CEMENT AND CONCRETE: directly, diluting up to 10-15% for the first coat. It is recommended to wait for the complete setting of the concrete (30 days) and the elimination of release agents if any.
-GYESUM, PLASTER OR WOOD: previously fixing with Sellaprim, pigmented Sellacryl or Sellacril JAFEP (transparent sealer).
–PULVERULENT SURFACES: first apply a fixative primer.

On old painted surfaces:

–WITH PAINTS IN GOOD CONDITION AND QUALITY: wash and sand gently and then apply.
–WITH PAINTINGS IN BAD CONDITION: remove and proceed as a new surface.
–OVER TEMPERATURE PAINTS, GLUE OR LIME: apply a fixative primer or Sellacril JAFEP.
–SURFACES WITH MOLD: they must be removed and sanitized with bleach or specific products.
OVER SALTTY SURFACES: scraping and chemically treating with anti-saltpeter products.

For color matching, a tintometric chart with the same or similar finish to that of the product to be tinted should be used to avoid differences in the results due to gloss differences (RAL for Gloss and Satin, Jafep Standard or NCS for Matte finishes, etc.).

Coating suitable for interior and exterior, easy to apply, fast drying and good washability. Additive with anti-mildew preservative.

• To avoid the effect of splicing, it is better to apply wet on wet without interruption.
• In case of humid conditions, slightly shiny and sticky yellowish-transparent traces may appear on the surface of the applied substrates. These traces are of additives that are soluble in water and disappear over time after repeated heavy rainfall. The quality of the coating will not be affected by these changes (these traces do not occur if the product is applied in suitable climatic conditions).
• Surfaces with salt efflorescence are a risk for which we cannot assume responsibility (application with warranty), because even after the most thorough treatment, efflorescence can reappear.
• Do not apply at temperatures below 5 ºC or above 35 ºC.
• Do not expose containers to extreme temperatures.
• Homogenize the product well before use.

• In its original closed container, at not extreme temperature and humidity.
• Keep out of direct sunlight.
• Maximum recommended from manufacture: 2 years.
