Jafecol Flexible Acrylic Emulsion

Latex based on acrylic resins, very flexible and highly resistant to water. Unsaponifiable and therefore compatible with cements. Conveniently mixed with Portland-type cement, alone or with sand, it forms an excellent waterproofing coating or membrane, highly elastic and with extraordinary adherence to difficult surfaces.

Modo de empleo :

The support must be clean, dry, free of grease and oil, and without traces of old paint. If fungus or algae are observed, they should be removed. Although its adherence to asphalt and bitumen is good, the oils they contain can migrate and be incorporated into the upper layers.

PREPARATION:

-Add the cement to the latex, stirring very well until completely homogeneous.

-If you want to include sand, add it to the previous mixture. It is not recommended to put more than twice as much sand as cement.

-The recommended mix is ​​60/40 Powder/Latex but it can be modified and diluted for different ways of use and application by brush, roller or trowel.

– Cleaning tools with water.
