In order to consult the safety data sheets it is necessary to be a client of Productos Jafep S.L. and to have access to our SDS-Area. If you do not have access or do not remember it, please contact our Quality and Environmental Management Department through the following form. We also provide you with this video tutorial on how to access our SDS-Area.
Terms and conditions of use
Pursuant to Article 31 of Regulation (EC) 1907/2006:- A safety data sheet shall be made available free of charge, on paper or electronically, no later than the date on which the substance or mixture is first supplied.
- Suppliers shall update it without delay in the following cases:
- As soon as new information becomes available that may affect risk management measures, or new hazard information becomes available;
- When an authorization has been granted or denied;
- When a restriction is imposed.
- The new dated version of the information, marked "Revision: (date)", shall be provided free of charge on paper or electronically to all previous recipients to whom you supplied the substance or mixture in the preceding 12 months. Any post-registration update shall state the registration number.
Our company Productos Jafep S.L. will use electronic means for the management of the safety data sheets in order to comply with article 31 of Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 regarding the sending of the documentation that affects your company (User).
For this purpose, the following conditions must be taken into account:
- Material Safety Data Sheets will be provided in PDF format.
- Notifications will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address specified by (User). This notification will have a direct download link for each of the safety data sheets notified.
- Productos Jafep S.L. offers you a specific safety data sheet management web page, where you will find the latest version of the safety data sheets of the products that (User) consumes, segmented by safety data sheets that have already been downloaded and safety data sheets pending download.
- When you access through the download link to the relevant safety data sheet, the date and time of download will be recorded in our system, as well as the product to which the downloaded safety data sheet corresponds, which is the reliable fact and confirmation that your company (User) has such document.
In the event that you do not download the notified MSDSs, our system will send periodic notifications to facilitate access to the documentation.
- The sending of notifications made by Productos Jafep S.L. to (User) will also be registered as confirmation of Productos Jafep S.L.'s interest in duly complying with Article 31 of Regulation (EC) 1907/2006.
- These records of dispatch and confirmation of download of the safety data sheets may be submitted to the relevant authority as confirmation that your company (User) has received and has the notified safety data sheets from Productos Jafep S.L..
Productos Jafep S.L. commits to verify that the download links are correctly updated and available.
The (User) undertakes to verify that the content of the safety data sheet is correct by sending an e-mail to dpto_tecnico@jafep.com within 30 working days from the date of downloading indicating the discrepancies, otherwise it is understood that he/she accepts the content of the safety data sheet.
