Modo de empleo :

First of all, the substrate must be prepared.

– Surface in good condition: clean properly and make sure it is dry, clean, free of rust, grease, saltpeter, mildew, etc. In presence of saltpeter it is recommended to apply salfumán and later, to rinse with abundant water and to wait that it dries adequately.

– Surface in poor condition: remove poorly adhered parts, sand properly and then clean dust and dirt.

Once the preparation is done, the product is applied. For its use it is recommended:

– as a sealer for siliconized: dilute 1:1. If the surface is extremely porous it is recommended to apply two coats. The first one very diluted (2 or 3 parts of water with 1 part of our product) and the second one 1:1.

– supports in general with good absorption: dilute 1 part of product: 2 parts of water.

– On slightly porous substrates it is recommended to perform a small test, and if necessary it can be diluted up to 1 part of product: 3.5 parts of water, which would still allow to obtain good consolidation and waterproofing performances.

Since each substrate has different absorptions, it is advisable to carry out preliminary tests on the material or substrate to be treated in order to obtain the desired results.

It can be applied by brush, roller or spray.

It is advisable to cover the newly treated substrate completely, to protect it from rain, in order to achieve the full development of water repellency.
