CE marking and UNE-EN standards

The CE mark is a quality seal that assures consumers and others of the safety benefits of a product. It was established by the European Community and is the manufacturer’s testimony that its product complies with the minimum legal and technical safety requirements of the member states of the European Union.

UNE-EN standards are the official Spanish version of European standards, which are adopted after approval by a specific body within the national standardization structure of the Spanish Association for Standardization and Accreditation (AENOR). These standards ensure compliance with technical specifications based on the results of experience and technological development.
