To carry out a renovation of this magnitude, an important commercial agreement between the Alicante-based company Santi Pinturas y Mantenimientos Rios has been necessary.
For several months now, residents and visitors to Alicante have been able to see on the city’s skyline how a group of professionals has been working tirelessly to renovate and protect its most representative skyscraper: the Riscal building.
The company Mantenimientos Rios S.L., is being in charge of this difficult work not without problems due to the difficulty involved in the application in a building of such size and height. Specifically, more than 120 meters high and about 442 homes, making the “colossus” designed by Francisco Muñoz Llorens in one of the largest residential buildings in Europe.
In order to achieve satisfactory results, Santi Pinturas y Productos Jafep has been providing the necessary paint since the beginning of the operations, being the Pétrex5 Facade Coating one of the most used products for the building’s adaptation.
